User cannot rename folders

Hi All,

 

I have a user who cannot rename any folders in their home area, but the odd thing is the error that appears: it says the folder is no longer in the location, however they can see it, and I can see it from my end. I can change the folder name no problem. Permissions are all correct, so I'm a tad stumped.

It's not a manifestation of the thumbs.db bug is it?

I don' think it is, as it happens on a completely empty folder too
