Coming from a background of client systems technical support, you will have an in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office, application installation, setup for deployment and support, and management of Active Directory. Experience of supporting and implementing Office 365 services would be an advantage, as would knowledge of operating system deployment technologies such as Ghost and Windows Deployment Services. Exposure to application development using Microsoft VBScript and PowerShell is also desirable.
