DfE Secure Access - not able to access everything

(Not sure this is the right forum, but wasn't too sure where to place this - feel free to move if inappropriate.)

 

I can log into SA but COLLECT, Keys to Success, and S2S are all greyed out (or rather, the text is there but it doesn't link to anything). My permissions haven't changed and seem to still be in place, is this the same for everyone?

Have you confirmed that your school's entry on Edubase is right? They tend to lock stuff down if you don't do that as gentle reminder that you really should do it.
