munster23 Posted January 5, 2017 Posted January 5, 2017 I really hope someone can help me. I'm install windows server 2012 R2 using the disk. I get this screen after the install now page appears and I can't get my head around it. Most things I've found on google are when using a USB stick. I've attached a screenshot. Many thanks.
sted Posted January 5, 2017 Posted January 5, 2017 at a guess the target machine has a raid array or other sata etc controller that the default set of drivers on the dvd/pen drive dosent recognise. either get the raid driver on the usb disk and point it at it when asked or use dism on another pc to inject the device driver into the wim file or use mdt/wds to install the os and add the driver to their driver store 1
Patrick Posted January 5, 2017 Posted January 5, 2017 I've had an issue before with a bad image burned to disc. Can you re-download the ISO and burn it again just to test? 1
FN-GM Posted January 5, 2017 Posted January 5, 2017 Find your raid drivers, put them on a USB, plug in USB then browse to the driver files. No need to inject or anything. 1
Blue_Cookeh Posted January 5, 2017 Posted January 5, 2017 If RAID drivers dont work then your installation media is likely bad.
