Allen55 Posted December 15, 2016 Posted December 15, 2016 Hello everyone! Please help me to solve my problem. When I try to access microsoft exchange I get error message"Your profile is not configured". Could anyone suggest me a proper way how to fix exchange profile? Windows 8.1 Thanks
ITGURU Posted December 16, 2016 Posted December 16, 2016 How are you trying to access, through Outlook? Remove the profile from Control panel in 'mail' then re-run outlook and the wizard should set up the account. If it cannot find the account details automatically, you have a miss-configured autodiscover
GrOlsen Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 To resolve this issue, mount the mailbox store where the System Attendant mailbox is located. If you do not want the System Attendant mailbox to be located on the current mailbox store, you can move it to another mailbox store on the same server. If it useless try Exchange Server Fix Toolbox. It fix corrupted mailbox application repairs email accounts separately and supports the parsing of very large databases.
jamesreedersmith Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 How are you accessing it - internal to the network or from external? has it worked before or is this the first time you are trying to access it?
Allen55 Posted December 19, 2016 Author Posted December 19, 2016 I am trying to access through Outlook. It has worked before.
jamesreedersmith Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 I am trying to access through Outlook. It has worked before. Are you internally on the same LAN or accssing it remotely (outside the network) is this the same as before? Can you access your account ok via OWA?
JoeBloggs Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Sounds like the Outlook profile isn't set up As @ITGURU says "Remove the profile from Control panel in 'mail' then re-run outlook and the wizard should set up the account. If it cannot find the account details automatically, you have a miss-configured autodiscover"
