dobsonl Posted December 15, 2016 Posted December 15, 2016 Hi All, Wonder if anyone else has come across this issue? We have contacts in our office 365 setup and you can email these fine if you send it directly to them, but if they are in a group and you send the email to the group it does not ever get to the external contacts. For example our governors never receive the email sent to ALL GOVERNORS but you can email each of them (or indeed multiple of them) by not using the group. Thanks in advance. Luke
Steve21 Posted December 15, 2016 Posted December 15, 2016 We had to create local contacts on AD and sync them up to work, seems the contacts locally and contacts on o365 aren't always the same Steve 1

dobsonl Posted December 15, 2016 Author Posted December 15, 2016 Thanks everyone, I will try re-creating them locally in AD and see if that makes a difference.
