Progresso - SSRS Report to Highlight Missing Assessment Values

Hello all

 

Anyone know of a quick and easy way to highlight missed out data fields in assessments? Or is it a case of manually opening every subjects' data entry page and looking though?

We use a report so we can see which specific columns have been filled in / left empty. PM me an email address if you like and I'll send it to you (I tried uploading here but it's not letting me do it for some reason). It's configured to look for our assessments, so you'd have to edit the LookUps and filters, but will give you the idea how to do it.

 

Alternatively, the moderation functionality in Progresso includes a progress bar to show you how many of the columns marked as "Mandatory" have been completed if you prefer that - it works quite well we just found the report a bit easier.
