Smart Printer and Microsoft Office Printer

Hi,

 

We have Office 2003 and Smart Notebook installed on our machines in the ICT suite. When they are installed they add 2 virtual printers to the printers folder. the first is Microsoft's document image writer and the second is smart notebook capture.

 

Everytime i delete these printers and reboot the machine they come back.... How can i permanently get rid of them. We only have 2 printers available to all the staff and they are added to the machine globally and then users are given specific access to each printer.

 

Any help would be appreciated

I run two logon scripts. It is the only way I have found so far to always delete them.
