Windows 7 Taskbar

I've got a Windows 7 Pro x64 machine that the user has managed to move the task bar from the bottom to the top. Unfortunately, the user can't move back due to it being restricted by GPO.

 

I've tried running the update KB 2877985, but had no success.

 

Any Ideas on how to get it back to the bottom?

Quick and dirty way would be to delete the profile.

Set this remotely while they're logged on, and relog:
