It's good, but it's never been an issue either...

 

The retention policies in O365 are good and can be extended (if necessary), so I don't see why you'd need to start backing up Mailboxes. Onsite Exchange servers is of course important to backup.

Looks good Will have to have a nosy.

 

Only issue I can see is now everyone has 50Gb mailboxes that's a lot of local storage needed Unless you only do key members etc
