A heads-up for you all, apparently there's something in the Autumn release of SIMS which broke our Ricoh / eCopy ShareScan connector, causing the machines to give the rather odd error that the clocks are not synchronised. There's a new version of the ecopy connector which addresses this.

Enjay - I can confirm the problem is related to the Sharescan method for licence management rather than in the SIMS business objects so there is a good chance other vendors will not be affected.
