Blackwall is free to use so does have one redeeming feature. From here , I'd use Dartford... or go clockwise instead. We play the M25 direction lottery on a regular basis.

Free for now once we get the Silvertown Tunnel both will cost money although i read in a TfL document if you lived in one of the neighbouring boroughs you may get discount / free pass so lets see what happens
