FMS - Heads of department

Hiya,

 

Has anyone been given access to FMS to put on new orders? My finance team want to give me limited access to FMS but it seems that I can either do everything, or have just read only to my relevant bits. Has anyone got it tweaked so they can place orders and get a number, but then just need approval?

No you can't I don't believe.

 

FMS (God! its old and clunky) only has four access permissions as standard. You can however create a custom user group but are presented with a pretty limited set of permissions.

Yea it's pritty rubish we made a thing on sharepoint when we put an order on it itwould email finance and then it would be approved etc

Why is FMS still a thing?
