Sysprep Windows 10 booting in to Audit Mode

I'm trying to do Sysprep for Windows 10 Education but am unable to access Audit Mode after initial install using CTRL SHIFT + F3 as suggested by this site Sysprep Windows 10 Machine: Step by Step Guide â€“ TheITBros. I have tried different keyboards but still having this issue. Anyone know away around this or any better solutions.
