Office365 on Outlook - Keeps asking for password

Hi all,

 

This is an issue that is really bugging me as it seems to be intermittent, but I don't know if it is something I am doing wrong, missing, or it just is annoying.

 

When I try to setup a Office365 email account through Office 2010 Outlook, now and again it will work, but majority of the time it just keeps asking for the password - i get two green ticks, but then it gets stuck. I have managed to get passed this occasionally by resetting the users password and recreating the account, but this time it is having none of it.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Is your copy of office upto date?

 

I know that 2010 requires at least SP2 to login with a 365 account?
