RDS & Encription Virus's

Someone mentioned on another thread that having drive maps published to users local computers is a bad idea in terms of Crypto vulnerablilites. RDS does it by default and it honestly hadnt occurred to me until I saw this other post, but I can see how it could be an issue. My question is whats the most secure way of giving access to my docs and shared areas via RDS and mitigating against these kind of threats, how do you guys do it?
