[ms office - 2010] Printing Excel Spreadsheet

Afternoon all.

 

I have an interesting problem and wondered if anyone else has come across it also.

 

I have a user that has created a report in Excel 2010 and has protected the sheet (not the workbook) to stop anyone deleting data. The user has saved the file on a network share and then emailed the link to the share and a copy of the file to a number of people.

 

Now, the problem I am seeing is that when people open the file that is attached and then try and print the spreadsheet, the PC is saying the file printed but nothing comes of the printer. Those that open it from the network can print the spreadsheet.

 

The user that cannot print the spreadsheet can print test prints and other spreadsheets.

 

I am at a loss as to what could be causing the issue....any ideas?
