[ipad] Waiting...

Morning,

 

I'm trying to get loads of iPads set up using Apple Configurator. I've got all my Apps set up in a blueprint, but when I apply it I end up with some Apps "Waiting" on the iPad. What are they waiting for? Any ideas how I stop them waiting? Also, it appears to download every single app every time I apply a blueprint. Why? I've downloaded them all using iTunes so they should be local shouldn't they?

I'll give the idea of adding the Apps but not via a blue print a go, the trouble I have is that different year groups want different apps, hence the blueprints.

 

Does anyone have any thoughts on it appearing to download all the apps every time I apply a blue print?
