Is it for the upgrade path to the latest version, which could be far cheaper? Is the MSDN subscription bundled still valid after all this time?! I've seen auctions for weird stuff like Server 2003 SBS go for hundreds and BackOffice 4.5 for £40! It seems quite mad!
