IT Technician - £18-23K - Hounslow

Our independent school client is based near Hounslow. The senior school for boys aged 11-18 is partnered with a prep and pre-school for boys aged 3-11 and girls aged 3-7. The school is highly ranked in the independence schools tables for GCSE results in 2016. Along with the school’s academic excellence it also offers a range of extracurricular activities that take advantage of their excellent facilities such as a state of the art 3G all weather football pitch. The school aims to get the best from its pupils academically whilst preparing them for their futures outside of school life.

 

You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support, communicating with users via the help desk and at their desks, supporting and maintaining all user technology with the junior technician, resolving performance issues and escalating to the senior technician and operations manager. You will be responsible for identifying service improvements, supporting the delivery of new projects and installations. You will support equipment including Windows and Apple Mac.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of two years in 1st and 2nd line support.
