[sims] SIMS TEacher App and new staff

Good morning,

 

We have just set up the school for SIMS Teachers App. When accessing the users in the App Administration webpages all the staff new to school this academic year are not present. I have checked all the required fields and there seems to be nothing missing.

 

Any ideas?

Check the SIMS Service Manager on the SIMS Server, look at the TeacherApp logs. They should point you to the issue.

We had this problem to. Our SIMS providers installed patches 22086 and 22186.

Hi Thanks for your replies

We have had the patches installed today so hopefully this will be good to go.

 

The issue was the teacher not being a user in the SIMS roles
