Windows 10 colour scheme

Has anyone else had this issue in windows 10??

Some of the applications we use at school (facility for example) looks much brighter in colour than windows 7 ie see the picture the menus look white compared to on windows 7

I have messed around with themes and brightness but cannot seem to get it to look like windows 7

 

I can imagine some users not liking this

 

any advice is greatly appreciated as I am now close to rolling this out to the office staff
