Brexit doesn't mean Britain will leave the European Broadcasting Union. Britain entered Eurovision long before it joined the EU.

 

Long may Britain take part, and if they picked a decent song, Britain might even win. Over the last decade or so, Britain seems to have entered a song that would have won two years prior.
