It supports passive stylus and finger recognition, with 16-touch points. XiJ Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 Yeah I could put 2 x 55" in for that. They wouldn't be 4K to be fair but running off a 1366x768 laptop it doesn't make much difference ! Maybe the US market is different ?

We have 55" (and larger) 10-point multi-touch HD displays already, and they cost rather less than £5,000-ish. Is 4k resolution required for a decent stylus-based drawing experience?

I guess their USP is that they tie in the video conferencing and whiteboard sharing all in one but I don't see that being a use for a school. If it is a school will all ready have it to fit the tools they have (SMART AMP, Prowise, etc) Nice bit of kit, overly expensive and really doing things education has been for a while.

I think that was just poor sync on their video editing (usually people aren't actually using these products, it's fake), there's no way they'd release it with that much lag.

Interested customers can sign up to be notified when Jamboard is available to order.

I need it in my life....just the software that is.... we want to move away from projectors with "dumb" large format touch screens. Hopefully with the jamboard software as we're a Google school!

It can be used on Chromebooks/Chromeboxes. What we need is microsoft to write an android compatibility layer! We are now in a weird situation where Android/Chromeboxes are running software that windows cannot.

Fruit Ninja worked really well on a 65" clevertouch back in 2013 when i tested it. I've not tried anything lately or the Jamboard software via the same route.
