Printing Issue

Hi all,

 

I've got one PC that has issues with printing in Google Chrome. When it prints, it only prints part of the page. After spending a couple of hours looking into the issue, it appears that I may need to turn on 'bidirectional support'. However, this option is grayed out even when I run Print Management as an administrator.

 

Anybody have any ideas? It's an HP Officejet Pro 8100.
