Good SNMP Monitoring Software

Hi there, can anyone give me some recommendations on good SNMP software to use?

I have a number of stacked managed switches, three HP Server 2012 systems and a 2008 server.

Will soon be getting fortinet managed wifi also so would like somewhere central to monitor all of this hardware.

That small I'd use PRTG for free, limit of 100 sensors though, and you may use them up quickly though when you find out how much you can do with them. You do not need any agents on the Windows Server either. You can set it up to monitor web sites, DNS, disk space and lots more.
