Impero reviewer access.

How have you give staff with student care access so that they can run log viewer from Impero? With out giving then access to staff logs? If you give then the cut down version of log view they can when the user is still logged on. Any suggestion of the best way of doing this?

You can do it directly from the console when they are logged in. If there is a need for a further investigation then generally it's us in ICT
