Hey all,

 

Just a quick question, I've ran a report for printing groups last year. However, on row 4 there's an [All Users] group (which I guess is an in built group). What I can't seem to understand is why all the Departments added together equals just less than 50% of all users.

 

The only thing I can think of is all users is current users and the department groups contain previous jobs done by members who left?

Do people have overdraft/personal balances too? Or people like repographics who print outside department codes?

We don't charge for printing, and we do have members of staff printing to multiple departments. But these departments added together should total the same as the All Users group.

It will be down to people printing that are not part of a department. I'd go back and triple check that all users are assigned to a department and you've got the bill going to the department rather than their personal account.

SLT and Admin often print enormous amounts outside of departments... Do yo have any Macs? They circumvent PaperCut. Publicity officer? It's been the season of open evenings!
