Intranet and Medical Forms

Hi all,

 

We haven't had a intranet in school for the last 6 years (everyone goes straight to google), but I would like to create a site that has the following:

 

• Students and Staff can see different items
  
• Link with AD
  
• Web links
  
• News board that can be set by group e.g. by student, staff, year group etc.
  
• IT Knowledgebase
  
• Subject links
  
• Papercut widget
  
• SIMS individual timetables if possible
  

 

I know I dont want much. We have got Sharepoint though Office365, so I was thinking of using that, which would make sense, as I want to use more of it. Would that do everything or at least majority of what I want?

 

I also need to create a Medical form, that the first aiders can fill in with what the accident was, what treatment was given etc, but also will allow me to create reports from it. Any recommendations?
