[ms office - 2016] Block students from viewing photos - Office 365

Hi guys,

 

We're having a real problem blocking students from viewing photos in 365, We have :-

 

Assigned all students an OWApolicy

 

SetPhotoEnabled set to false

DisplayPhotosEnabled set to false

 

But students can still see/change their photos.

I'm totally lost, this is really annoying!

 

Has anyone else been able to do this?
