Parental Responsibilities

Hi all,

 

I've tried running a report from SIMS to see if we have any parents in school who do not claim parental responsibility for our students. I need their relationship, priority, Intouch communication and if they live with the pupil.

 

The report runs and shows 100% of parents claim responsibility. Hurrah!

 

However, on closer inspection, it was not bringing any parents through that do not have parental responsibilities - student names came up but everything else left blank, even though other information exists on SIMS.

 

Could anyone suggest a work around to get the full set of information, whether parents do or do not have parental responsibilities?

Try creating a report with the following parameters

Data area: Student - Population: On roll

 

 

Data Fields: Name & Reg; for contacts of each student where Relationship is Carer, Father, Foster Father, Foster Mother, Mother, Step Father or Step Mother and Parental responsibility is false: Relationship, Full name of the contact

(copied from the report summary section on the left in SIMS)

If that works then you can build in the additional fields afterwards
