Is there a userguide I can download?

Hi everyone,

 

I've been told that we are soon going to look at moving over to sims. To get a little head start and to know what we're talking about when we look at the product are there any user guides I can download that I can read through?

You'd have to get them from Capita.

 

There is plenty of contextual help built in and a whole documentation section once you have the product.

 

You'll probably want to go on a few courses too.

 

I wouldn't worry too much about it until you are seriously taking it on. The basic stuff is simple to pick up, the oddities of which there are many won't be covered in a manual and you'll be better off searching the threads here

Capita have made their user guides publicly available, just type the following search terms in to Google and for me it's the first entry. (Be warned there are hundreds of them some running to hundres of pages)

I did do a search but searched for a different phrase and didn't find much. the site you said seems to have everything I need so thanks.
