profile manager extracting iPad serial numbers

Is there any way of exporting the serial numbers of a group of iPads from profile manager short of clicking each iPad and copying and pasting the data out?

I haven't seen any thing in the GUI and unfortunately there is no REST API like some other MDM solutions (like AirWatch) to extract into powershell. Profile Manager is a PostgreSQL database underneath so you could use some SQL to extract a list. I would google PostgreSQL and Profile Manager to see if there are any SQL examples of extracting the device list.
