[sims] Profiles Transfer Files

Hi all, I would be grateful if anyone could tell me if it is possible to create a complete comment bank structure (comment bank/Area/Sections) with eg 50 "blank" comments and then export via a transfer file. The idea is to then paste the comments from Excel and then reimport to Sims.

 

So far, I have had no joy with this and don't want to waste any more time if the only solution is to cut and paste individual comments into Sims.
