ADFS and WAP trust issue. Unable to access Sharepoint/O365. I'm stuck, please help!

Dear all

 

I am stuck. Up the creek without a paddle and all that.

 

Our certificate was revoked. It then went on to cause the trust between ADFS and WAP.

 

Our fs.woldinghamschool.co.uk is now unreachable and users cant authenticate.

 

I have tried recreating the proxy on wap, but still nothing. I get the following error when doing so...

 

Web Application Proxy could not connect to the AD FS configuration storage and could not load the configuration. Make sure that the Web Application Proxy server can connect to the AD FS server, and if not, run the Install-WebApplicationProxy command. (0x80075213)

 

From one techie to another, please can anyone help.

You need to re-establish the trust between the 2 servers:

Keep getting the following error.

 

An error occurred when attempting to establish a trust relationship with the federation service. Error: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

Turn firewall off, ensure machines can ping each other, ensure that web proxy can ping fs.woldinghamschool.co.uk and it goes to the ADFS box, ensure machine is still on the domain, account hasn't been locked.
