Internet Explorer add on Installation asking for credentials

Hi Edugeekers,

 

I have a Windows 10 build as we have upgraded from Windows 7.

 

When users login to our Juniper VPN web based client in Internet Explorer they have to install an add-on through Internet Explorer but are being asked for administrator credentials. This never happened in Windows. Does anyone know of a policy that will allow users to do this without being made an admin obviously?
