Smart Notebook & 4065 Touchsceen Problems

Is anyone else experiencing problems with smarts interactive touchscreens when using smart notebook ? A few of our edu customers have had screens replaced due to sunlight and UV lighting issues,

However we still have problems -

Pen switching to select,

When trying to select a numbered box and move it in a maths quiz - sometimes works then sometimes does not

When trying to scroll down a list - the whole screen tries to move down

Have deleted latest software, tried the old version, re-installed new. Put powered USB hubs in. Cleaned corners etc etc
