Google Chrome Blocking Plugins?

Hi i have problem started today everyone is getting plugin not loaded when trying use any sites with plugins, flash etc.. does anyone know why or how i can fix this issue

Do your users have their Chrome profiles located on a network share? If so, the issue you are having is due to the following bug where Chrome can't load the PPAPI (PepperFlash) plugin from the network...

I forgot to mention it above, but as a temporary workaround you could delete the 'Pepperflash' folder in their profiles to get Flash content working in Chrome again.
