Alternative Curriculum - Duplicating to 2 week timetable

Hello,

We are a Primary & Senior school using multiple timetables in SIMS. Senior school has a 2-week timetable. Primary is on 1 week.

 

The way I manage this is that I keep a 1 week copy of the timetable in Nova-T. When I upload, I just create 2 week version. This system works well and stops me making mistakes between the weeks!

 

Now, I need to use alternative curriculum. When I create a 2 week copy of the timetable, the Alternative Curriculum is not duplicated

 

Any Solutions?

 

I wondered if I can operate 2 timetable files (I have a feeling you can do this).

File 1: Contain Years 1-6 but NOT the Alternative Curriculum. I would operate this in the same way as I did previously.

File 2: Only contain the Alternative Curriculum, no year groups. I would keep this as a 2 week as it rarely changes.

 

When I send File 1 to SIMS would it delete the current alternative curriculum?
