[sims] Result Sets for Exam Results

Hi all,

 

I transfer the actual KS4/5 results from their native aspects into my own aspects (for various reasons) - and therefore us my own result sets...

 

In the past I've always used "Summer 2015" for example, and change them every year.

 

But elsewhere in SIMS, eg report grades, I always use "Summer Year 11" for example which therefore don't need changing...

 

Does anyone else use a generic result set for actual results, eg "Summer Results Year 11" or use year based ones?

 

Inclined to think I should switch !

Hi @tben2505 - I use 'GCSE Results' because, as you rightly say, it never needs changing, it's also unambiguous to someone else that these are the external ones not a summer data collection and when keying through the add column process, N Enter Tab G Enter N takes me briskly through the add resultset process, which is handy as bespoke results requests come pretty thick and fast in late August.
