Windows 10 Airplane/ Flight Mode icon

I have a strange issue with the airplane/ flight mode icon displaying in place of the network/ wireless icon.

 

Have anyone else had this?

I'm guessing this is on a laptop, we've seen this on some Dell's. Basically the wireless switch (which we disable in the bios, windows 10 ignores this setting) turns on/off airplane mode.

Transpires it was a driver, ripped/ replaced and now all good.
