Unable to search using Outlook 2010 properly

Hi,

 

Hoping someone can help. All of our users are unable to get the correct search result using Outlook 2010. They all can search for any emails older than the 20/07/2016 but anything after that they get no results.

 

I've tried rebuilding the indexing in Outlook, but this hadnt done anything and my best guess it's something on the Exchange 2010 server?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sadly not, still the same problem.

Probably need to re-index Exchange from "%PROGRAMFILES%\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Scripts".
