Well I have let staff and students loose with home access plus.

 

I have tested and tested but I'm sure they will break it over the weekend.

Well well the need to access files at home is not as critical as i was told.

We found this but with staff. Sometimes you find that there is one member of staff who thinks everyone needs access, turns out its a very small minority.

 

We had the same effect with student emails. Staff were saying how all students need a school email address as they all need to send email. It actually turns out that we get about 10 users accessing their emails per day.

Funnily enough we've just turned ours off and looking seriously at keeping it off. Shouldn't be much need with Office 365.
