Ryan Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 What are your criteria for the level of support you give to a problem, or the speed at which you attend to it?
elsiegee40 Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 Doo you mean officially or unofficially? My motto is "She/He who shouts loudest, waits longest"... unless they're in the SMT ;-)
Diello Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 How important the job is to T&L (NOT how important THEY think it is) & the time it'll take to do. In tie break situations - it comes down to who had the best attitude when they asked!

Ryan Posted February 15, 2008 Author Posted February 15, 2008 I've seen myself politely ignoring repeat whiners (more so if i don't like them), but on the whole stuff gets prioritised on how serious it is / how badly it affects people doing their job. Homers are graded on the size and quality of the whisky on offer
triggmiester Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 everyone of my support requests gets done as soon as the user turns up at my door. It's an added bonus if the member of staff is attractive :-)
