sanyo xe 40, don't work properly, I need help

I hope you will help me!

 

I'm having the same problem that many people wrote here. The projector turns on, and then after three attemps and no light it turns off, I checked the thermal and it was on, I cleaned everything, and nothing, do you think that is it a lamp?

Are any of the LEDs on or flashing?

Nothing !

 

- i plug the AC cable and the power Led turns RED

- with the controller I power it on and the power Led turns GREEN

- the fans start, I kind of feel 2/3 attempts (an attempt is a powerful workings sound followed by a smoother working sound)

- and then the power Led turns into a FLASHING RED and after a powerful working of the fans the projector turns off, and the power Led stays RED but not flashing

It could be the lamp, or it could have overheated in which case you need to take the top case off and reset the thermal switch.
