SIMS Bulk Import - Not imported

Hello,

 

We're trying to do a single pupil import of a user defined field. If it works, we'll do it for the others.

 

The summary screen before clicking import does say under Status 'IMPORT UDF'. However the Import Results are saying 'Not imported'.

 

We are using the latest version (2.4.11.0).

 

Does anyone know why this might be happening?
