[ms office - 2010] Outlook 2010 not displaying emails in folders for one user

Hi

 

I have one user that has a strange issue they have put emails into folders but no emails are displaying in these folders they have been fine till recently I have checked on the Server (2008 Exchange 2010) and logged in and had a look and they are right can't see any emails in the folders Inbox etc are fine just the folders have been created have no emails in, checked a few other users and they are fine just seems one user. I have tried downloading backup PST and importing this into outlook but again all folders showing as empty.

 

Does anyone have any ideas please.

As it is this one user that is affected would it help if you deleted their network profile? (If you have roaming profiles)

Cheers Dave but if I login to the server I can sort of view there emails using webmail and I get the same issue same as and get the same issue from there backup PST file so not sure if this would help but am happy to be proved wrong .

Wasn't there a dodgy update that made some Outlook folders appear blank? We had it here on a few PC's but it was Outlook 2013.. I'll see if I can find the KB.
