Looking for some Cisco advice please, never had to look at any configs or do much with these but an issue has arisen I need help on.

Customer has a Cisco ASA as their firewall and then Smoothwall as filtering. There is a site to site VPN with the same setup at the other end but the ASA does the VPN side of things.

Site A is the main one has a piece of software running that talks to site B and queries devices by SNMP and reports back but something is blocking that from happening as it works ok on Site A but not B. Any suggestions at where to look?

Site A can see the device and get the web config side of things up but it won't query it, any suggestions as I am lost and not sure on how the VPN side of things works with Cisco.

Are you using the ASDM? Have you have a look at the firewall rules?

If you plug a device in site B directly does SNMP work? Just double checking its an issue with the Firewall / VPN :)

I don't have access but yes and its a third party that manage it to the customer but can be reached by phone or popping into office.

Devices are not the issues its something firewall/VPN related.
