Regretting Windows 10

How do you apply printers? It's not hanging on a printer script is it because it's got a problem with a driver?

 

I gave up and used a batch file... along with a startup script to map the drives dating back to Windows XP .. at least its 100% reliable

if you log on locally to the machine and try to connect to one of the network printers via \\printserver\printername does it download the driver and connect straight away and bring up the print queue?
