We came across a problem with the fingerprint reader, MLS Eclipse and Identikit on windows 10 x64 LTSB.

After a day of trying to find out what was wrong we cam to the conclusion our Domain Admin account wouldn't let us into the MLS Hardware Configuration menu within IE > Tools but yet local admin would. We created a local standard user and tested. This user managed to get into the MLS Hardware Configuration settings so we created a new user within AD and placed it in the USERS OU without any GPOs applied, logged into the client with this new user and tested MLS Hardware Configuration = This user could access the settings. We moved this user into the same OU where the network admin user is and tested again. Again the user could access the settings.

We tested this out with a visitor account, again this worked too so fingers crossed the library staff member should be able to use the fingerprint hardware.

Hope this helps someone else.
